Privacy & cookie policy
How Renovo Cleaning collects and uses your information, and how cookies work on this site. Last updated 22 October 2026.
Who we are
Renovo Cleaning (“Renovo”, “we”, “us”) provides cleaning services in East London. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at info@renovocleaning.co.uk or on 020 8123 4567.
What we collect and why
When you request a quote we ask for your name, phone number, email address, postcode and details of the clean you need. We use this to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, to deliver the service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performance of that contract.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any booking, and for up to six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
Advertising and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools to understand how people find and use the site and to measure whether our advertising works. These tools may set cookies and collect your IP address, device information and the pages you visit. They may also be used to show you our adverts on other websites. You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
